By using squishbao.com or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Orders & payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages — you'll receive a full refund if we do.
3. Mystery product disclaimer
Squish Bao is sold as a mystery product — the exact color you receive is random. By purchasing you accept that you cannot choose your color and that opened mystery products cannot be returned (see our Refund Policy).
4. Intellectual property
All site content, branding and product designs are owned by Squish Bao and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Liability
Squish Bao is a stress toy intended for ages 6+. We are not liable for misuse. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Squish Bao operates. Any disputes will be handled in those courts.
