- Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum.
- Orders ship within 24 hours on business days.
- United States: 3–5 business days.
- Europe & UK: 5–10 business days.
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your Squish Bao ships.
Refund Policy
Squish Bao is a mystery product. Once the steamer is opened, the surprise is revealed — so opened items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
We do, however, fully stand behind every order. We will replace your order or refund you in full if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective.
- Your order is lost in transit or never delivered.
- You received the wrong item.
What is not covered: change of mind, dissatisfaction with the random color received, or any opened/used product. The mystery is the whole point — by opening the steamer you accept the color you got.
How to claim
Email hello@squishbao.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it with a replacement or a full refund — usually within 2 business days.
